The Littlefield Lions Club hosted its annual banquet on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at Loco’s.

There were approximately 27 people in attendance, including members and their spouses. Justin Balderas, outgoing Club president, recognized the new Queen, Sweetheart and presented the Lion of the Year award.

Madison McNeese was crowned the new Queen, Madalyn Tarango was awarded the new Sweetheart and the Lion of the Year was presented to Mitch Grant. The award is voted on by the club to recognize a Lion for their outstanding commitment and service to the club and the community.

Kip Cutshall established the new 2022-2023 officers. First Vice President Marshall King, Secretary Brette Southard, Trea surer Eric Turpen, Tail Twister James Sokora, Lion Tamer Rocky Bowman, Membership Chair Mitch Grant, and the Directors are Justin Balderas, Pat Demel and Ross Hester. Justin Balderas presented the gavel to the incoming Club President DeLynn Butler.
